Why it exists
Picking a star rating out of thin air is hard, and it drifts: a “4 stars” in January isn’t the same as a “4 stars” in June. Choosing between two things you’ve seen is easy. Wochly asks the easy question (“which did you like more?”) a few times per title and turns the answers into a ranked list with scores you can trust.
What you can do
- Rank what you watch. Separate lists for movies and TV shows, scored 0–10, with genre and decade filters.
- See what’s best on your services. Pick the services you pay for; Wochly only counts titles included with the subscription, not add-on channels or rentals.
- Get picks that fit your taste. “For you” builds on your top-ranked titles and leaves out what you’ve seen, saved or hidden.
- Save a Want to watch list, hide things you’ll never watch, and block whole genres, anime, or older titles.
- Watch together. Follow a friend, add titles to a shared list, and swipe; anything you both say yes to is a match.
